With a strong emphasis of using seasonal produce and local suppliers paired with extensive training to lean on Matt has created a modern & dynamic menu that perfectly compliments the rustic waterfront setting of The Garden Bar & Kitchen.
Matts philosophy is to source local seasonal ingredients to create ‘yum’ tasting innovative food but also accessible. He enjoys highlighting our regions amazing produce including our own ‘edible garden’ by using classical skills & techniques accompanied by a modern approach.
